Welcome to the Oak Lawn Oasis, a secluded retreat in the heart of it all. This sun-drenched guesthouse features an Art Deco-inspired décor living space and a vaulted ceiling kitchen. Explore the abundant options of wonderful restaurants and nightlife or unwind and enjoy yourself in your private green space with a patio, amazing pool, and hot tub. The Oak Lawn Oasis is conveniently located minutes from the Medical District, trendy Uptown, Historic Downtown Dallas, and Love Field Airport!

The space
Upon entering the driveway gate, you’ll be greeted with a lush oasis filled with seasonal banana trees, a pool, deck, and hot tub.

The entrance to the guesthouse brings you into a high beamed ceiling, fully stocked kitchen with easily accessible dinnerware. High-top seating is provided to enjoy kitchen socialization or a quick meal. Please be aware there is a stove, but no oven.

From the living room, you’ll have access to a washer/dryer, a 65” Smart TV with streaming capabilities, a dining nook, and couch that can be used as a day bed.

Because we understand that sleep is important, each bedroom is equipped with queen-size memory foam mattresses. There is a day bed in the living room for extra guests as well. Bedroom #1 has a dedicated workspace and industrial pipes to hang your clothing from. Bedroom #2 has a large closet for use.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire guesthouse and backyard space. You're free to use the pool or hot tub between the hours of 8am and 10pm.

The Hot Tub is open and maintained year-round! The pool isn't heated, but the Dallas weather will usually allow for swimming at your discretion from around March until November.

Other things to note
Due to the convenience of the house to Love Field Airport, there is occasional airplane noise

You may run into us in the backyard as we clean the pool and hot tub on a regular basis. We live in the main house, but we respect your privacy.

Although we are pet-friendly, we charge a one-time pet fee per stay. Please add your pet to your reservation when booking as any announced pets are subject to a damage deposit and double pet charge.

Our neighborhood has a zero-tolerance policy regarding excessive late night partying/music/noise. Any non-adherence or failure to answer when addressed will be deemed agreement of guest to forfeit their deposit or pay fines incurred.
