VALET PARKING 🚗🅿️
• 1 parking space provided with 24/7 valet service
(there is only 1 spot included in this reservation, the valet garage cannot accommodate a 2nd vehicle. There is nearby street parking and a paid lot at a daily rate if you wish to bring a 2nd vehicle)
• Please keep in mind the following vehicles are prohibited in the Valet Garage:
- Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes
- Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6`8
- Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)
- Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.
- Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.

The unit was dirty-from the floors to the stained counters and bedding, bug traps everywhere, gnats in the kitchen, big stains on the very small sofa cushions, a tiny table to serve as a coffee table was all scratched up, and foam insulation was filling in cracks everywhere. The unit was supposed to sleep 10, but there is a tiny kitchen table with only three chairs. The street noise made it such that none of us slept well-sounded like drag racing on the street below. The gym listed as an amenity was important to one in our party and some of the equipment was broken and dumbbells were missing. We had to walk through several groups of pot smokers and homeless people just to get in the building. We get its downtown but it was portrayed as industrial while in reality it was grungy and seemed unsafe. Not a place for families with young kids or anyone over 35. Perfect crash pad if you want to go out and leave the next day, this appears to be a downtown apartment building used primarily for short-term stay rentals. It’s much different than staying in someone’s home like other VRBO‘s we have used. We checked out early and found somewhere else to stay. The one positive is that the manager was very responsive in answering Vrbo messages. He seemed genuinely interested in making our stay better but short of moving us into a completely different property, I don’t believe there’s anything he could’ve done that would have convinced us to stay another night.

Pros: The host was very easy to communicate with and ask questions. Quick to respond and professional in all exchanges. The location proximity to downtown is amazing. We absolutely loved being able to walk around downtown and not worry about renting a car. There’s plenty to do within walking distance of the apartment to fill two full days. The apartment was well equipped with toiletries and cooking supplies. The bedrooms were laid out perfectly for three of us to have our own space. Cons: You cant stay in the heart of downtown and not see homeless people. It’s just an expected part of the stay. There are plenty of security around to make you feel safe. But I did watch a drug deal as we were standing outside the front door. The other unfortunate thing that is out of their control is the smell of the building. It’s sort of a chemical/weed smell. And it unfortunately is strong throughout the apartment. It’s also not a smell you get used to after staying a while. This made the apartment feel unclean and uncomfortable. If you want a stay downtown and you don’t mind a smell, this is an excellent location.

Sereno was very accommodating from the start to the time we left. My daughters had a good time in Dallas, being in a historic district where everything was within walking distance. We appreciate our host on providing the amenities we needed for our stay and that we will look forward and coming again.

Place was great! It’s in a great location in downtown Dallas (I will say there were lots of homeless people around the area, but the building had security so we never felt unsafe). The place was bigger than we were expecting which was a pleasant surprise. The place was clean and it was exactly what my friends and I needed for OU TX! Amazing place!

Excellent location

We had quite some difficulty locating the apartment because the address is not at all well marked. The kitchen was devoid of any basic food items. I would have expected a small amount of coffee, tea, paper towels, etc.. the apartment was spacious and had a beautiful view of a canal that was fun to watch from the windows.

Great pace for groups

This is a great place for groups to stay, especially with its close proximity to Deep Ellum. I must say, it definitely feels more like a dorm room than a three-bedroom apartment. The third bedroom is technically the living room. But the place is great! Secure and friendly staff. Good parking options for the number of people staying in the apartment. Communication from the host was fantastic and I'll book it again the next time me and my friends see a show in Dallas.
