This unit is located in a great area. Close to SMU, State Fair and Highland Park Area. We have family in the area and it was super convenient to them. Plus you can walk to restaurants and shopping. It was just two of us and this unit was perfect. TV area was nice to sit and watch college football Saturday morning with our Shug’s bagel and coffee.
