The breakfast was also excellent. There was a wide variety of food, and the chefs, serving staff, and supervisors all provided outstanding service. The coffee was among the best I’ve had in Kathmandu, and the latte service was impressively quick. I’m leaving with wonderful memories of my stay at the Hilton.

You can of course stay at the western chains but if you wish to immerse yourself in Nepalese culture while having the perks of a 4/5 star hotel, this is the place to be. "Brand new hotel in Tinchuli near Boudhanath, very modern facility, great rooms with diverse layouts nicely accomodating both groups and solo travelers. Wonderful local neighborhood to explore and enjoy the activity around Boudha stupa. Hotel Sherpani is same quality as the big 4 star brand hotels I've stayed in ktm, but with more local culture. Hotel Sherpani rates are a great value in comparison as well. Love the top floor restaurant/terrace/chill area, my favorite view in ktm. Highly recommend."
