"Staff came automatically once they realised we struggled with self check in. Let us check in early. The room smelled like cigarettes. Staff quickly appointed us a different room. Matress was soft but very comfy. Location is great as you can go to Hongdae or the two palaces very quickly via subway. There is lot's to do in the neighborhood itself, but the hotel is in a rather quiet alley."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for a family holiday. The main bedroom had a sliding door which was tinted but still let the light through from the living area. This was problematic as my toddler needed to sleep early in the room at night. The other room did not have a door. There is an oven/microwave and also a stove, however, if you want to do any cooking on the stove you have to rent equipment from the hotel. Location of the hotel is good, only a short walk from a number of train stations. There is also a convenience store just outside the reception and some restaurants nearby."
