The hotel feels old. It really does not feel like a 5 star hotel. The view out of the room is very good if you are looking for ocean front. The room however is very narrow to maximize the frontal of the property. The room feels really small. We moved out of it half way through our 10 day stay in Da Nang.

This hotel is absolute perfection. The cleanliness, totally friendly staff and the hotel is only two years old. I love the small details considered, offered beach towel whenever you want to step out to the beach and free mini bar replenished with coke and water everyday. Great location too! Definitely book this hotel if u are a sol traveller like myself. The bath in the room is great aswel!

I had a really great stay at M Hotel. The staff were amazing and very nice throughout my stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast and was happy to go back every morning. The location is great, right by the beach, which was very convenient. Ah the view on the beach was absolutely stunning. I also tried the afternoon tea. It was nice, but nothing extraordinary, so personally I would skip it. The only thing worth mentioning is the fragrance used in the common areas. The smell itself was actually very nice, but on the floor where my room was, it was a bit too intense for me. Other than that, I had a great stay and really enjoyed my time there.

Good location right on beach. Lovely infinity pool on rooftop, beautiful view of the beach below. Rooms were adequately sized with all the amenities required for a short stay. My room has a planter above with the beautiful Beach naupaka plant hanging from above makes lovely viewing out the windows, though cleaning could have been better. There was a plaster stuck on the floor. Rate came with buffet breakfast with an egg and noodle station which was great cos I love hot food. No Vietnamese coffee on offer though. Hotel also provides complimentary afternoon tea and water and coke in the room which is a nice touch. Getting a late check out was kind of impossible with the hotel, but I still had a great stay at the M Hotel. Overall great value for price paid.

We had a great stay at M Hotel Da Nang. The staff were amazing and helped make it a special stay for us, including helping celebrate our anniversary which happened during the first week of our stay, and a birthday during the second week. Nhi (not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly) was so so kind and recommended the Hoi An memory show to us, which was amazing! I’m so grateful she took time to connect with us. Our stay was long, 2 weeks, and during that time I felt like we were recognized by staff. Shoutout to the chefs cooking the omelettes who remembered our egg whites order! I also want to shoutout the woman who remembered us during many breakfast check ins. I didn’t get her name but she was so sweet and always greeted us with a smile. Also want to say thank you so much to the door men who saw us come and go SO MANY times, and helped with our bags. M Hotel will be a very memorable part of our stay and I will definitely be booking here the next time I come to Da Nang. Thank you to everyone who was a part of our stay, I cannot express how thankful I am for each of you. (:

Wir waren als Paar in Da Nang unterwegs und können dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen! Für uns war es mit Abstand eines der besten Hotels unserer gesamten Reise. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach traumhaft – das Meer direkt vor der Tür zu haben, war für uns etwas ganz Besonderes. Rund um das Hotel gibt es außerdem viele tolle Restaurants, sodass man auch zu Fuß eine große Auswahl an leckeren Möglichkeiten hat. Alle waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Wenn man einen Roller hat, ist die Lage ebenfalls perfekt, da man von hier aus viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und schöne Orte in Da Nang schnell und unkompliziert erreichen kann. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es jedem, der eine schöne Unterkunft direkt am Strand in Da Nang sucht, von Herzen empfehlen!

Exceptional Stay This hotel is truly exceptional. It’s brand new, beautifully modern, impeccably clean, and has a wonderfully fresh atmosphere. I travel quite frequently, and I can honestly say that it is rare to come across a hotel with such an outstanding team. Every single member of the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. No matter what I needed, they were always willing to help with a smile and made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. The rooms are wonderfully cool and comfortable, which I especially appreciated. If I had to mention just one small suggestion, it would be to lower the air conditioning temperature slightly in the common areas of the building. The rooms are perfectly cool, but the hallways and other indoor areas could be a little cooler as well. Other than that, I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. A beautiful, modern hotel with exceptional service and an amazing team. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay.

Our room was amazing. We had the 3 bedroom penthouse suite with amazing views of both the city and the ocean. We woke up to the sunrise every morning and my kids enjoyed the sunset over the city. Emma was our designated host/concierge and she did an amazing job. She set up our first night dinner in our dining room, booked private car services for both Bana Hills and a day of touring around the city, and took care of anything we needed. All of the staff are so nice, we really enjoyed our stay here.

お部屋にスリッパがあるとのことでしたので持っていかなかったのですが、ビーチサンダルでしたので、タオルスリッパが必要なら持っていく必要があります
