Staffs are very helpful and accommodating. Close to the airport! Free breakfast options changes everyday which is good! Stayed in 3 different rooms here, some are definitely better than the others, but overall pretty good for the price. Also walkable to the dragon bridge! Local crab noodle spot 2 stores down was also very good

The location of the hotel was perfect. The room was on the smaller side but clean. You can tell it was on the dated side in the bathroom with some cracks in the tile on the floor and in the shower. The views are amazing. We were on the 19th floor and had views of the ocean, river, and the reason bridge that couldn’t be best. Breakfast was amazing with lots of dishes that slightly changed every day. Walking to the dragon bridge or the night market took about 15 minutes at a leisurely stroll. The staff was engaging and most helpful with everyone. I would stay again if I returned.

It was very comfortable bed after a long day exploring da Nang and surrounding areas and staff were very friendly and helpful buffet breakfast had a good mix of east and western style food and we look forward to coming back again

I had a wonderful stay at Fivitel Da Nang. The hotel’s location by the Han River and Tran Thi Ly Bridge offers breathtaking views, especially at night. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and I enjoyed the pool and fitness center during my stay. Overall, Fivitel Da Nang provides excellent value for money, combining great service, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, adding a warm and welcoming touch throughout. I was also pleased to learn that all guests receive a 20% discount on massage, which was much appreciated. Overall, a highly satisfying experience.

I’ve stayed at 3 different properties in two weeks of traveling, and this has definitely been the best room and experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They took my luggage to my room and gave a welcome drink upon arrival. My room had an amazing view of the mountains and the Han River. It was very peaceful and quiet on my floor. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was delicious. That yoghurt! Also, the pool was great and had an amazing view. It has a great location with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. A plus also, is that it’s not far from the airport.

This place was great! Very clean, modern and spacious. Staff excellent and attentive. Breakfast selection wonderful. In a very walkable location beside a pedestrian bridge and river walkway. We were on the 22 floor with amazing views of the city and dragon bridge.

The hotel is awesome and gives excellent service. The pool is amazing, but there's only 4 poolside chairs and no extra space. There elevator does not go all the way to the pool level and the stairwell to get to it is challenging.

Stayed here for 5 nights with family, first time at Fivitel and they looked after us beyond our expectations. Breakfast has variety of dishes, and staff is very helpful and cooks are experienced. Great location to get around and U can see dragon show from the hotel. Good thing is rooms are very specius and more than enough room for 4. Only thing hotel need to look at is gym is too hot as due to direct sunlight from transparent window glass. We enjoyed our stay most and surely be back at Fivitel. Thanks team Fivitel U deserve 5*

Let me first say the staff here provides immaculate service and kindness. Everyone had a wonderful positive attitude daily. The staff was always willing to help whenever needed. Constant and great attention to detail! The price for this room and property was beyond a deal. I mean it’s a certified bargain!!! Convenient to so many quality restaurants & bars in the area and about a 20 min walk to the beach. Beautiful rooftop pool attached to the gym. Next time I’m in Da Nang, I’m definitely staying here and advising anyone I know to go and visit this property.

Courteous staff, clean room, good buffet, lovely rooftop patio, nice small pool, beautiful view of the river and a great location for walking along the green space. Only a couple of dollars for a “grab ride” to the ocean. Or you can walk for 25 minutes.
