Located in Cypress, enjoy what this 3-bedroom apartment has to offer. With 2 twin beds and 2 queen beds, guests can relax in this charming space. The apartment features heating, AC, an iron, hair dryer, WiFi, and a washing machine. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. Located 15 minutes from Disneyland and Knots berry farm. 5 mile drive to Seal Beach. Ditch 2 rooms at a hotel and stay with your family of 6 in one location. Smart TVs and cable in 2 bedrooms and living room. Private patio, bq grill, smokeless firepit, washer and dryer, beach essentials. Parking for one vehicle in the driveway and plenty of street parking in a safe quiet neighborhood. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Quiet stay, but needed a good cleaning

This property was a nice place to stay for our time visiting family and needing a separate place to sleep while visiting. I would refer to this space more as an apartment than a house as it's above the garage of a home. It was in a nice neighborhood and got a great breeze with the windows open in the main living room/kitchen area so we didn't need to use the a/c at all during our late June visit. We just had the fans going in in the bedrooms at night. The space definitely needed a very good cleaning as the space was very very dusty- like a thick layer on the tops of pictures and on the fans and cobwebs as well as the floor being dusty as well. I usually take my shoes off when going inside a home, but didn't feel the need to as the floor need to be swept and mopped anyways. We were fine with it still and it didn't feel gross- just dusty. It was a good place for the price we paid. I would consider staying there again if needed.

Cypress stay

My son and I stayed at this location to look at schools in LA and OC, great location, it was great to come back and bbq on the patio and relax. Very comfortable and close to stores and restaurants. If staying in the area again I would not hesitate to book. Amazing communication btw!!
