「My biggest complaint is that there is no personal touch and you never meet any staff and have to figure out things on your own. We were constantly referred to the reception but there never was anyone at reception. We’re not able to use the safe in the room because there was a sign that said ask reception for the PIN but no one was there. We were lucky to bump into the cleaning lady who showed us how to use the keys but her English was poor. All communication is done through WhatsApp. Reply...
