It was clean and the staff were friendly, breakfast options are standard and a bit of variety would have been nice, maybe some fruit as well as the eggs. Easy access by taxi as not all places are easy to find or access by car.

After developing food poisoning, I made a last minute booking here based on the positive reviews i saw. What a mistake. The rooms had no working wifi, and the owner refused to help or address the issue, despite me mentioning it multiple times. His only solution was to offer wifi codes to wifi that didnt reach the room. Plus I didnt even get cell phone reception in the room, so I spent 3 awful days isolated in the rooms. Furthermore, the rooms were cold, and the space heaters did nothing to warm the room, and everytime I showered, every square inch of the bathroom would get covered in a moisture that would take all day to evaporate. I regretted my entire stay there, the only positive was the very nice staff at the restaurant, and the quality of the kitchen.

Clean room. Service is excellent from room cleaning to the reception. Shout out to Alberto, he is very helpful and attends to our needs for our 7 day stay at this hotel. Plaza de Armas is short distance walk (7 mins walk). Going down to plaza de armas is easy but going back to the hotel is a struggle because of the uphill hike and dealing with Altitude. I suggest to take the uber going back to the hotel, it only cost me around $4-4.40 US (15.50 soles). For me, the hotel is worth it, hot water is always available. Clean room and very nice staff. Food is great as well at the hotel.

Room itself is in a good condition. Challenge was with window and ventilation. One window is facing the street thus locked by design so that guest cannot open it. The other window is facing the hallway - meaning you don’t want to open it, otherwise other guests will look into your room while walking to their rooms. Both window as well as blinds had to be closed entirely, which caused a ventilation issue; also not enough sunlight. Other than that, room condition good, staff friendly, beautiful view from the hotel.

Wonderful location, about a 5-10 minute walk from the center of town. Alex upgraded me to the penthouse area which was a wonderful room with a balcony and mountains surrounding. Breakfast also includes fresh avocado and made to order eggs, etc. The property is clean and safe. Alex also accommodated an early check in and watched my bags while I was waiting for my departing train. 100% would stay here again.

the room was clean, staff were super helpful, it’s not in historical center Plaza de Armas but it’s just 7 mins walk on rather steel street. But the staff is super excellence, they made sure you got help when needed. i wish there were more amenities in the room, such glass, boiler to make tea, soap in dispenser etc, although provide it for free at the lobby

The view from the lobby and restaurant of the city were spectacular. Alberto, Alex,and Maria were so helpful, friendly, and made sure we always were ready for our tour adventures. Everthing is nice! I stayed one week here, staffs are polite and warm. Rooms are clean and quiet. Convenient to walk around the main square, just 10-15mins walk and nice view outside the hotel. Cosco is definitely a valuable city to visit, i will choose this hotel again for my next visit!

This place was absolutely incredible! The staff was amazing, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were very nice. All of the staff had a genuine smile on their faces and they were more than happy to help out in any reasonable way possible.

Inkatari Hotel has been a second home for us. The overall design of the shared spaces and our room was just awesome. The room had everything you would wish for to get comfortable from drawers, cabinets, a comfortable bed and contemporary bathroom. On top of that the staff was extremely generous and we have to give a special mention to Alberto which is there during the nights. He made sure we had everything ready for our early morning trek with a lunch box to-go. He also prepared some hot water for us when coming back after dawn. We thank the hotel for their hospitality. We would comeback any time if we had the chance.

O hotel é novo, com boa infraestrutura. As acomodações são confortáveis, porém recebem muito luminosidade e muito ruído o que pode atrapalhar. A gestão dos hospédes é rudimentar e pode ser otimizada, para evitar contratempos coma hospedagem e distribuição dos quartos.
