Always a good stay at this Radisson. The food is always good. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly. While we did have a problem with the air conditioning this visit they resolved it by giving us another room although it was a smaller room the staff was quick to help get us into the new room.

we stayed here during our first night and then our last night while traveling throughout Costa Rica. the hotel is close to the airport, although you would never know it. feels like you are far in the jungle. the rooms are large and beautifully decorated with terraces . the property and landscaping is amazing, especially the sunset pool. I had a massage, and it was excellent in a beautiful facility. We loved our dinners and breakfast at the hotel, and most of all we loved the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially the rooms manager. Hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. It was the perfect place to relax while still being close to the airport. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One of my favorite parts was waking up every morning to fresh coffee from the farm. If you’re looking for a unique place to stay in Costa Rica with beautiful views, quiet, great coffee, and excellent service, this is the place. We would happily stay here again.
