"This was a lovely property and our family very much enjoyed staying here for the week! The pool was a dream come true, the neighborhood was lovely and private, the house was a short walk to the beach and it came with most everything you would need for your trip! Eileen was wonderful and very communicative as well!"

"This beautiful condo was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 1 child! It had all the things we needed or wanted to have a fabulous beach vacation:*spacious and clean*comfortable *well-appointed with necessary items plus games and beach toys*close to the beach (5 min or less walk)*pool*close to lots of stores and restaurantsWe would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful stay. House was clean, beautifully decorated, walkable to beach, Had all appliances needed, and the tri level porches were lovely for all times of the day, including the screened in porch perfect for the family dinners. We had 4 couples, each had their own bedroom with a queen sized bed and access to a porch. There are other houses between our house and the beach, but from the top deck we could still sit and sip our morning coffee while viewing the ocean from between the houses in front. The whole neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with an easy access boardwalk over the dunes to a beautiful beach. Harris Teeter was less than 2 blocks away (which we did need to visit...don't forget to bring your own toliet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish sponge, laundry detergent and hand soaps for bathrooms). There were two refridgerators, one upstairs for food in the kitchen and the second on ground floor for extra beverages. We bought our own beach gear but were pleasantly suprised to find extra beach chairs, beach bags and even a floatie or two to use. We would absolutely book this house again!!! Thank you!"

"Great week in OBX! The house had everything we needed for our week away. The home looked exactly like the pictures and met the description of the listing. Owner was very responsive, often responding in just a few minutes. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook several nights of our stay. Washer and dryer was great for laundry mid week and prior to leaving. Our party of eight had plenty of space! The shed area outside had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards, which made traveling from New York so much easier. Coffee on the deck in the morning overlooking the dunes and water was a great way to wake up. The neighborhood was also great offering tennis courts. Right outside the neighborhood/development or sidewalks for running and morning walks. We even walked to the grocery store and ice cream several times. And we were able to fit three cars in the driveway with room."

Constructive feedback for future renters to come prepared: no extra pillows or blankets were available, no fans in the bedrooms, the outside storage was shared with the complex. Would rent again."

It’s difficult for our family to find a place that will accommodate our needs and this one worked. We appreciated having a pool on site and two full kitchens."

"This property is perfect for families. The house is clean, comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and supplies if you want to cook at home. The backyard is a dream with a pool and hot tub. The shuttle to the beach was so efficient and quick and we were close to shops and restaurants as needed! Our teenagers loved it that Starbucks was just a short walk away. Our family enjoyed some much needed downtime and fun together. We'd love to return! Loved everything about our Corolla vacation."
