Great location, awesome staff. Some confusion on the invoicing as the hotel went through a accounting program change midway through our stay, so amounts charged never did add up to invoices issued. Also had laundry service done and it got lost for 5 days. But staff did their best.

The air conditioner and carpets are not cleaned. I found a fever thermometer on my bed at nigth. It seems the blankets were not properly washed. The hotel is well located but not well managed. Some years ago it was one of the best hotels in town. Now it is one of the worst!

Atendimento na recepção desorganizado, atendente mexendo no computador e não chamada quem estava aguardando, um hóspede chegou e passou na minha frente e foi até ela e fez o check in. Fiquei um tempo aguardando e não me chamava. Demais tudo certo, quarto muito limpo, jantar excelente e ótimo café da manhã. Atendentes do restaurante muito atenciosos.
