The property is well maintained and very clean. The complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful, with lots of choices. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We will definitely stay here when we visit Curitiba again!

O café da manhã é ótimo e o quarto é bem espaçoso. Um ponto de melhoria para a comodidade é a disponibilização de secador de cabelo nos quartos. O hotel te apenas um que fica na recepção, precisei nos dois dias que estive hospedada, mas não consegui utilizar, pois já estava emprestado à outro hospede. O sinal do wi-fi é bem instável também.

Bom custo x benefício

O hotel é bom para o que propõe, um pouco antigo mas gostamos, ficamos 5 dias/ 4 noites, atendimento dos funcionários excelente, troca de toalhas diária, café da manhã básico mas bom, com bolos, frutas e sucos variados. Ficamos na suíte Gold, quarto grande com sofá, banheiro reformado, ducha forte. Únicos pontos negativos são as almofadas e peseira da cama muito encardidas, mas nada que uma lavagem não resolva, e a saída do ar condicionado empoeirada. A localização é ótima, fomos caminhando pra Rua 24 hs e Praça Osório todos os dias o que dava menos de 10 minutos, tem restaurantes e farmácias perto, e uma rua com vários barzinhos.

O Hotel Wynn Batel atendeu muito bem as expectativas e cumpriu com uma hospedagem para fins de negócios. Destaco o quarto amplo e as suas condições de manutenção e limpeza, além da excelente localização. O café da manhã sempre muito bom; porém, sem variação do que era servido.

Invasão do quarto na madrugada

A estadia poderia ser excelente se nao fosse uma invasão de quatro pessoas desconhecidas no meio da madrugada. Nao sei se a recepção informou a chave errada ou as portas tinham algum problema de seguranca. Mas as pessoas entraram usando um cartão para abrir a porta. Isso foi muito errado.

Hotel em otima localidade, so que o valor nao condiz com oque ofereceu. Aptos com cheiro ruim, banheiro com cheiro de esgoto. Cama muito mole. Travesseiros péssimo. Toalhas de banho com cheiro ruim. Wifi ruim Estacionamento ruim. Hotel nao recomendado para família, pois nao oferece suporte algum.
