A Copeira foi Mal Educada e Despeitosa local na primeira vez, o Cafe da Manhã é Horrivel! Eu passei a tomar o Café da Manhã fora fo Hotel , apesar de estar incluído. Comuniquei ao Gerente do Hotel, perdeni que havia muito Corporativismo. Eu mao volto nunca mais nesse Hotel!

No quarto atrás da cama tinha uma pastilha de vaso sanitário para aromatizar, o cheiro no quarto ficou insuportável, sujeira atrás da cama. O barulho no corredor desde madrugada é impossível dormir. Foi uma estadia infeliz, noite mal dormida.

A experiencia no geral foi ok. A localização, o atendimento e a limpeza foram excelentes. O café da manhã foi bom. O que não foi tao bom foi o fato de que o nosso quarto era de frente pra avenida, entao era bem barulhento quando os ônibus passavam debaixo da nossa janela.

Excelente atendimento. Foram bastante compreensíveis conosco e conseguiram um quarto para casal um pouco antes do horário combinado para o check-in. Quarto aconchegante para uma boa noite de descanso e ótimo chuveiro. Recomendo.

Pousada com boa localização e limpeza satisfatória. As tomadas próximas da cama não funcionavam. O estacionamento é pago, 15 reais por dia (nao sabia que era cobrado). Nos quartos dessa pousada não tem frigobar.
