Giusy communicated everything well with us by using a translation app. She is super friendly and helpful. 「Lovely property with gorgeous views when the weather permitted. Staff was very friendly. It was slightly confusing at first in terms of driving directly to Palazzo Boeri and having to check in at Felicin, but that was minor and handled well. Breakfast was great.」
