"This stay was just one night. It was just ok, but you can expect more from a 4* property. Supposedly clean rooms, however when you look more thoroughly you'd see a lot of dirtiness (air con was plagued with fungus and full of dust, same goes with lamp tops in the rooms and bathroom). The worst experience, however, was the breakfast - not only the food was bad and cold, there was no butter at all, the tea from the machine squirted a dirty brown water instead of tea... The carpet in the breakfast...

Housekeeping staff are very on the ball to keep the room clean and neat. They even prepared fruits and yoghurt daily for the guests. Hotel even prepare special gifts daily. Would like to commend one specific housekeeping staff - Yang Mei for going all out in customer service. Although the exterior of the hotel is not modern, the...
