"It was a delightful stay! Beautiful and quiet beach! Loved the view and access to the beach.Nice and private. Watched the gorgeous sunset every evening. AC was a plus. The hosts were very considerate and so nice. They came and got garbage and changed our sheets which was so nice. We would definitely rent this place again! Truly a Magical Place"

"I wanted something unique and private, in the jungle but not too far from beaches, restaurants, and things to do. We loved the privacy, the jungle noises, the amazing trees and plants, monkeys right outside, and Tony is very kind and helpful. It's worth the drive south to Belen Waterfall and La Roca Restaurant. "

"-- Bring water shoes for the Lava Rocks in/around the area -- Went solo and had zero concern for safety everywhere I went. --Rita/Sonny were extraordinary hosts. Sonny was most attentive and has a genuine kind soul. He was extremely diligent in responding to a question or request. "Everything about this place was amazing. Gorgeous pool that felt like you were in your own tropical oasis, stunning rooms, and delicious food and drinks! The surfboard rentals were a great way to try out surfing, and the location was perfect. It’s easily walkable to tons of shopping and restaurants but in a more quiet area of the beach. Would definitely stay here again"

"We had minor issues with AC being always on, and the thermostats not kicking in. There was also a clog in the AC unit and cause leaking from the ceiling. The road to the resort needs work. There is a 10 minute stretch that’s really nerve wracking if you are coming in for the first time when it’s dark, and you worry about the damage to the vehicle. Other than that, it’s a great place and does deserve all the 5-stars. "
