"Group of 27 ppl, ages 3-79, and still had open beds. We rent luxury cabins each year this time of year and this property was the best one yet. The elders especially loved the Farmhouse sleeping accommodations. The kids lived their best lives, and the adults enjoyed every bit of the property. I loved all the hardware and fixtures in the Farmhouse. Stained concrete floors were beautiful. Two full refrigerators, half bath with full washer and dryer that worked great. More than enough dishes, silverware, glassware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. The full kitchen in the other house (we called it the Whitehouse) was kind of a hodgepodge of all that stuff put together but still served its purpose nicely. We all agreed that the Farmhouse & Co. was the best accommodations to date. We were going to book it again next year, but the price has increased significantly and rightfully so. I highly recommend this property for extra-large groups like ours. Oh, and the weather was perfect our entire stay."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The place was amazing and very clean. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the whole property was peaceful and relaxing. The host was wonderful and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. We had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"We booked this property for 4 nights . Our group consisted of 4 adults and 3 children. Check in was simple, The house is spacious with a living area large enough for our group. Having a washer and dryer to keep up with laundry was great. But, the true highlight was the POOL It was clean and perfect the temp. The cabana/ pool house area was a big hit. The pool table, corn hole, TV, etc kept everyone entertained. Plenty of pool toys and beach towels. We had a wonderful visit. Highly recommend."

"Host was very responsive to all of our questions. Check in as was the check out was easy. A lot of space for our large group. There's a 2nd bldg that we housed some of the family but gathered at the main house. Both areas had washer and dryers along with kitchen set ups. AC was great thru out as it around 100 degrees the 5 days that we were there. We fished off the dock (with our fishing licenses) & 1 of us used the kayak around that area. Blue gills were the only thing that we caught and released but fun to hang out with the family. Close to Walmart and dollar general for your shopping needs. We'll stocked appliances like crock pots, coffee makers, toasters, pots and pans etc in the kitchen. Dishwasher was not great but we hand washed a lot of stuff anyway. Great views of lake Hamilton where the dock was. Chairs are there on the dock. We were very happy with the space and would return."

"The cabins are new but had a few minor issues that should have been found in a good inspection of the cabin. Needed a privacy curtain on the sliding glass door and kitchen sink and kitchen window. Blinds in bedroom needed to be installed correctly. Storm door at entrance door needed to be adjusted correctly so it would shut. The door was swinging open when we drove up. Other than the things listed there was no problems."
