"My husband and I were in town for a long weekend watching a tournament at University of Dayton. This home was small but the location was perfect for what we needed, we were very close to campus and also to many of the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife. With the unique layout of the home, having to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, I would not recommend to more than a couple or maybe small family. It worked perfectly for us and we would definitely stay again should we be back...

Roku was stuck in Spanish and couldn't get to the home screen to update it.The coffee tables could use a dusting. The beds were firm.Close to a lot of places to eat. "We arrived around 11 p.m. and we're greeted kindly. We were given a room close to the elevator as I requested. The parking was a little hooky. You have to download an app, you get assigned a numbered spot and you have to use the app to get in the gate to park. The king room was very spacious, being a corner room at the front of the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The only thing out of place was a long rip in the carpeting. Found out later from the building engineer, the building has been settling and all the corner rooms have the same issue. He's complained but because the hotel is slated for renovation, they're waiting until then to fix them. It's not a deal breaker but you do notice it. We were barely able to catch breakfast which was tasty, love the self-serve waffles."

"The room was clean but we had problems each day with the key card. We never did have housekeeping come in the entire time we stayed. I guess I was on vacation as I didn't make the bed the entire week. They stated about going GREEN but there was no where to hang wet towels. We had to go to the front desk each evening to get clean ones. Breakfast was good and plenty to eat. I would have liked some peanut butter. I really didn't understand the $50 charge when we checked in but I was reimbursed. Since I live in Canada what I was charged on the first day didn't equal what I got back when we checked out. The joys of exchange rate. I could have given them the $50 in cash. We did hear that 4 of their 6 housekeeping staff had quit. Thank You"

"We had a great stay here. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, our room was clean and the shower had great water pressure. It was in a nice area and conveniently located close to restaurants. It was just a short drive to the Air Force museum. Would definitely stay again."
