Cute older house in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Screened in patio provides an extra hangout place. Only 1 full bathroom, but it's very large. Kitchen is also large. Nicely appointed. Kids enjoyed seeing two deer and what we think was a groundhog in the yard.

Overall we were very pleased with this property, it was perfect for our out of town stay to attend our son’s All Star baseball state tournament. Less than a mile from the local park/pool. There were a few cleanliness issues that the host responded to promptly. We would definitely stay here again, walking distance to a quant coffee shop, library, bbq restaurant and more.

The Rosé All Day house is the perfect spot for exploring greater Charlottesville and Crozet, minutes from wineries, Nelson 151, Crozet Park, and downtown Charlottesville. We absolutely loved our stay in this charming home for the week of our wedding and found it had plenty of space for us. The screened in porch is lovely and we enjoyed coffee and a drink out there each day. Kitchen is well equipped, very clean, and spacious. The beds were also extremely comfortable! The house had everything one could need and was thoughtfully designed. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great home for our stay. It's an older home but updated and clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of extra towels for the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. We did use the Murphy bed which was also reasonably comfortable and had extra sheets / blankets / pillows. Would definitely stay here again when we're in the area. Excellent communication from the host.

Charming modern cottage

The house was well furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for wine and charcuterie nights! It was really nice to be able to walk to local restaurants and coffee shops. The screened porch was the favorite spot in the house; perfect for coffee, a book and watching nature. Would stay here again!

Wonderful place for a quiet small town escape.

The house is wonderfully renovated and charming. The neighborhood is quiet with its own charm. It’s within a few blocks of several great coffee shops, restaurants and an ice creamery. Plus, several vineyards and microbreweries are only a short drive away. And if you want to visit Charlottesville it’s also nearby. It’s a great place to stay. We highly recommend it.

The property was clean and very prettty, lots of little extra touches as well as having creamer and sugar ready and waiting for our morning coffee. We were greeted each morning out the window by deer grazing.

Cutest wine getaway ever!

We had a lovely time with our family and the cute house was perfect for our small family. I’m glad we got there during the day as we might have missed the driveway at night. This location was perfect and the house itself had so much character and had every thing you would need to enjoy your time. Thanks so much and we hope to be back next summer. ♥️
