"As most of the positive reviews here already mention, the staff at this location is extremely kind, always professional, and thoughtful in a genuine manner. I want to single out Christina for being especially wonderful. She has that something extra which makes you want to be a loyal customer. The manager has put together an amazing crew and really knows how to create a team atmosphere. Everyone who works at the reception area was exemplary in their performance. Very grateful for how I was treated during my week-long stay. The housekeeping staff was also quite fantastic. The room was immaculate upon entry and stayed that way over the course of seven nights. Also, the high quality of the mattress gave me some of my best sleep in months. At the end of my stay, I proposed to the mattress but was told that it wasn't ready for that sort of commitment yet. Sigh!"

"I ❤❤❤❤ Sheraton. From the receptionist to the caretakers they are always nice. I truly appreciate the little things in the room, like a shower cap, which I forgot, and a complimentary bottle of water, and coffee. Will be back!!"
