"Great place and close to everything "

"The lobby smells like a litter box. I went to my room, it had a different, but equally offensive smell. I went back to the counter, turned in my keys, and left. I booked due to other ratings. No idea what they were thinking. "

"Clean room, unthinkable amount of amenities (though costly) and staff were nice. Had such a blast and definitely worth the drive to Anchorage each time as the scenery was absolutely amazing during the drive. Would rather stay in Girdwood and drive to Anchorage for more excursions any day! Girdwood is a stunner. "

"This house is awesome, plenty of room for 7 adults. Clean, well stocked and warm. The game room, pool table and hot tub were all in great condition. Highly recommend this rental and will return. The host is also very responsive."

"Room was comfortable but the shower water preasure was definitely lacking. We stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast was alright at best. Mainly scrambled eggs and french toast sticks piled into a boil. "

"Amazing place with all the things! We called it our mini resort! Having the pool table downstairs was a great time with our group. Everything was clean and we enjoyed the artsy touch to the place, made it very unique and fun! Our host was excellent at responding to any questions we had and can’t say anything bad. Many mahalos from Robyn and the herded cats!"

"The host did not reply to messages of concern. We checked in and the temperature was very cold in the cabin with no instructions on how to turn the heat up. We did eventually figure it out but I immediately sent a message and received a message in response over 24 hrs later when I responded about a different issue. On Sunday at 6:30am we were woken up by someone shoveling the deck with no notice or warning. He said he was screamed at by his boss to clear the deck at 6am even though there were guests who were checking out that day. There are no curtains on the windows along the desk so it was a complete invasion of privacy and totally inappropriate timing. The cabin itself was fine but definitely needs to care. The dishwasher is falling by apart and the handle was scary to use to open when we’re required to do dishes before leaving. No hot pads or anything to grab hot dishes out of the oven. No baking sheets to use. Upstairs bathroom has issues with flushing and the handle would get stu k. Overall, I was completely overcharged for all of the fees and will be disputing. "
