Set on the ground floor of a Victorian townhouse dating back to the 1800s, this apartment offers the most comfortable of stays for couples. Bright, airy and tastefully furnished it’s a brilliant base to return to after a day spent exploring the scenic Norfolk countryside, or relaxing on Overstrand Beach just 1 mile away. Head 2 miles north to bustling Cromer resort for food and seaside fun or take a visit to Felbrigg Hall, 4 miles away. With so much to see and do from your doorstep, you’ll be glad to retreat to this pretty abode for a relaxing rest, night after night.
This apartment has a largely open-plan layout but is artfully ‘zoned’. The interiors have been thoughtfully curated to highlight characterful features, such as the large original fireplace – a centrepiece in the lounge – whilst also showcasing a contemporary style and all the must-have mod cons you’d hope for in a modern holiday apartment. In the open-plan lounge/diner you’ll find plenty of comfortable seating centred around the fireplace and TV, with dining space behind. A stylish and well-equipped galley kitchen sits just off the dining area. The bedroom, with king-size bed has been cleverly planned with plenty of storage space and tasteful décor and the bathroom is full of lovely touches; with a chessboard tile floor, walk-in shower and free-standing roll-top bath.
The apartment doesn’t have its own garden, however, there’s a small communal area with bench seating. With the beach and cafes on your doorstep, enjoy plenty of relaxation in these spectacular seaside surroundings with convenience and ease.
