「室数一桁の小さなホテルですが、非常に行き届いており、スタッフも非常にしっかりしています。ミニキッチンがついており長期の滞在も可能です。価格が高いのはドブロブニク全体が超観光地価格なので仕方がない（パリかロンドン並み）ですし、バリアフリーでない（エレベーターのある階まで荷物を階段で運ばなければならない）ですが、ロケーション的にも旧市街のど真ん中ですから十分見合います。付帯のレストランはミシュラン掲載のレストランでこちらも素晴らしいです。」

「立地は旧市街のメイン通りから、少し入った場所にあり最高です。 ただホテルではないので施設の看板などはなく、禁止の人ですら、そこに民泊施設があることを知りませんでした。WhatsAppのアプリかメールに、オーナーから施設の入口の写真や部屋への入り方が届きますが、英語のみです。 部屋やバスルームはとても清潔で、快適に過ごせました。 The place is nearly facing the main street of the historic town, so it must be the great place to enjoy Dubrovnik! The owner guy Vicko is a very nice and kind guy too!」

「Loved our stay here. 2 adults plus 2 grown children, we had a 4 bed unit with a kitchen and 2 toilets but one shower. AC worked very well as it was hot out. Free parking, easy to Uber to Old Town or anywhere else if you don't want to take your car. Can walk to some restaurants and a little market next door for anything you need. My only suggestion is that it was hard to find the entrance and where to park, but thankfully I recognized the building from the online pictures and we figured it...

「This is a very sweet boutique hotel--immaculately clean and brand new. the breakfast was amazing! we stayed a week and had different options every morning--all were delicious! However, it is located right beside a church which has bells ringing for 4 minutes every morning at 6 am!!!!!! early wake up call. it's also directly on the main road, so not at all quiet. you had to walk a bit to cross the road and get to the beach, but the beach walk is wonderful and has many incredible restaurants...
