Great stay. It's only a few steps from the wall, a few steps from the gate to the palace. The room is beautiful with enough room to move around comfortably.

This is a set of rooms in an old building directly across from the main gate to Diocletian’s Palace. The host Tiffani meets you in person and checks you in. She was very responsive to any questions. The room was very clean and comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was around the corner in another small family hotel and was delicious and plentiful. This was a fantastic location to stay in a very comfortable room. We were very pleased.

Really great location in Split. Great to have help organising a taxi from the airport ( 70 euros 4 people with suitcases). The taxi was able to direct us when he dropped us at the edge of the pedestrian zone -100m. The door is an unassuming wood door which the owner will open remotely for you if arriving after hours. Communication is through WhatsApp. It all worked surprisingly well. Somewhat surprised to find a 30 euro charge ( reduced to 15) to store our suitcases for 3 hours after check out. Rooms fine, although no coffee machine. Hot water for a shower is limited to 15 minutes. Summer bedding is a sheet not a quilt.

The mattress was comfortable and the showers modern. The windows are noise proof. It is in the old town and very walkable. There are stairs with no lift. The breakfast was good.

Good choice

We stayed only 1 nt at this property. Very responsive property man ager. We arrived early after our cruise and he let us store our luggage. As soon as rooms were cleaned, he personally called us. Nice clean hotel (don't except luxury) but everything is there. decent size room, refrigerator & good size shower. Only steps to old town of Split. many restaurants near by.

Absolutely perfect! Location was fantastic. Short walk to the center of old town and steps away from the palace walls, which is beyond incredible. The host Dom and Tiffany were so lovely! Dom explained where everything we needed was and even walked with us to make sure we knew where to catch our ferry and boat excursion. I’d definitely book here again and again! Thank you for the amazing experience!

Great location, but comes with a drawback. There’s a bar on the first floor and patrons stand outside and smoke throughout the day and night. The cigarette smoke makes it way into the room when you have the windows open. Also, residual street noise from persons walking outside on the same street. The owner Tifani is very responsive and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the staff were wonderful.

Perfect Location, Perfect Room, And Great Hosts!

Step out of the building and start sightseeing! The breakfast was delicious, the owners very friendly and accommodating, and the room was perfect (very clean and in brand new condition). As well, I needed some documents scanned and they were very helpful in that regard. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Love Split, Love this place, will stay again soon

Tifani was amaizing, she is a super host, whe waited for us (arrived really late due to weather conditions) she is very friendly and helpful, we stayed for a second time during our trip and we love her place, it is very modern and has everything covered, she was able to provide us parking for 15 dlls a day.

Super location

Tiffany Luxury rooms is great located just outside the the walls to Old Town of Split and in Waliking distance to the harbour and beaches. Breakfast is served in a nearby hotel (75 m walk). We enjoyed our stay in tiffanys luxury room and would definitly return ro this place again next in Split.

A localização é excelente! Muito próximo da estação de ônibus e do porto, com fácil acesso para quem está à pe e com malas. O único ponto negativo é que não tem elevador, por se tratar de um prédio antigo, como a maioria na região. Contudo, a Tifani me ajudou a carregar minhas malas pelas escadas até o quarto. Ela foi extremamente gentil e atenciosa! O café da manhã oferecido é muito bom!

Hebergement génial. Très propre avec le personnel agréable et arrangeant. L'emplacement est juste parfait, à 1min du palais Dioclétien et de la Riva,13min de la plage de sable et 5min des bus et ferry. Le seul hic pour moi est qu'il manquerait une petit table mais sinon c est tres satisfaisant

Great service

I suppose being inside the Palace walls might be more romantic, but at this price, being steps away from the Silver gate, it should make no difference. Convenient to markets and street parking, with exceptional service and a great breakfast, these clean, comfortable rooms are perfect for families with pets.
