「A comfortable, well maintained property. Bedroom and ensuite first class. Breakfast delicious. Definitely the place to go for a tranquil, relaxing, pampered break.」

「We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. Accommodation was very comfortable & clean. Shower was amazing. We had a room overlooking the river. Great choice at breakfast. Would definitely recommend having the full breakfast.」

「スタッフも親切、お部屋もバスルームも素敵で、チェックアウト時間も遅めだし、コスパが凄く良かったです。」

「Lovely stay」

「The property is very close to the Main Street with restaurants, coffee shops and an assortment of souvenir shops. Don’t miss the Heathergems factory and shop just below the property. Both Greg and Sue are full of suggestions to make sure your comfortable stay is the best ever. All facilities are first rate and roomy and breakfast is first class.」

「Hotel was under renovation and their was a fault on the fire alarm panel both mornings which didn't make the stay feel all that safe with the major renovations going on. Their was no curtains over the window you could clearly see where the pole was taken out the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom so the window was constantly open and didn't look like it could close. After the stay I recieved another bill from the hotel which km disputing through hotels.com as I had paid for the room...

「Lovely stay! We loved our room and the delicious breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer.」

「A quirky old hotel with large classic rooms with high ornate ceilings, dog friendly and next to river and town centre square with shops n eateries galore, we had a fabulous time for 3 nights, will stay again in the future」
