Almost good.
Where do I start? 1.This property is advertised as ski in ski out. It is definitely not. 2. Leavetown - the rental “host” company was awful to work with. I needed to add 2 days to my rental and it took an act of congress to get it done. And then, after they confirmed my extra days and told me I didn’t need to take any more action… they cancelled the 2 extra days bc they “made a mistake” and I was only notified 1 week before my vacation through VRBO messenger. Nothing was done about it and I had to scramble to find somewhere to stay for 2 additional nights. The Plaza was also unwilling to help as you have to have a 3 night minimum (it didn’t matter that I already booked 3 nights and needed2 more)3. The elevator broke and 2 men got stuck in the elevator - my husband helped to get them out and someone from the property said she was going to reset the elevator. She did nothing and my 10 year old was stuck in the elevator screaming bc he couldn’t get out. My husband had to get him out also. We had to call the front desk multiple times to ask them to please put a sign on the elevator so no one else got stuck. We were told maintenance wasn’t available until the next day. We placed a sign ourselves on the elevator. With one more call to front desk to let them know they were being negligent they sent someone with an out of order sign. The condo was nice and had pretty views but is misrepresented as a ski in ski out and the staff was less than helpful. Wouldn’t recommend.
