This was a pretty nice condo; we were there for a wedding that was being held down in town.
The views off the back porch are amazing! I loved that part of it, and it was nice being at the very top of the mountain. The space inside the condo is large and roomy, and there were plenty of bedrooms for our large group.
The negatives are: (1) it's "dated" looking and needs to be remodeled; (2) it's cluttered, and I wish the owners would clean out all the decorations and knick-knacks that only tend to collect dust; (3) it has old-ish carpet that seems dusty; (3) the bedding needs to be updated, and I'd prefer to have new sheets/pillows/coverlets because it just felt old and thread-bare; (4) the kitchen needed more items like foil/ziplocs/storage containers, but otherwise it was well stocked; (5) we didn't have enough towels, and really needed more but weren't sure where to find or ask for more.
Honestly, this is a great condo with LOTS of potential and LOTS of space. There are two masters (each has a king), two other bedrooms that each have two twin beds, and another open loft area with two twins! So it was great to be able to sleep so many people in our large group. But I just think it needs a little TLC and updating!
I own a condo myself in another Colorado city, so I do know what I'm talking about. It doesn't take much to spruce things up. Rip out the dated 1980s wallpaper & carpet and give the whole place a thorough cleaning. There's so much to work with here, so I encourage the owners to do that.
