Summary:

Comfortable 4 bedroom/4bathroom condo, conveniently located near the Westwall lift, garage, shared hot tub. Pet friendly! Parking for 2 vehicles.



The Space:

Layout

Step inside to a mudroom, ideal for stashing ski gear and outdoor equipment. To your left, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for the group easy. Just beyond, the dining area seats eight at the table, plus four more at the bar-height counter. The living area offers a comfortable couch, two chairs, a couple of poufs for extra seating, and a TV. (Note: the fireplace is not functional.)

To the right of the kitchen are two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom:



Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV, and deck access with views

Bedroom 2: King bed and TV



All bathrooms feature tub/shower combos with single sinks. A small laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer sits just off the kitchen.

Upstairs, a loft offers extra space to spread out, along with two more bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms:



Guest room 1: King bed

Guest room 2: Queen bunk bed plus a twin bed



There is an enclosed loft space with a full sized couch and beanbag, games/puzzles and a flatscreen tv. ALL tv's in the property are smart tv's to upload your OWN apps. Don't forget your passwords!



Access

The property is accessible only by stairs—two flights total: one to reach the condo, and one more inside the unit.



Amenities

Hot tub: Guests have access to the community hot tub attached to the Aspen building, about 10 steps from your front door. It's seasonally available for the whole ski season and from about the 3rd week of June through Labor Day.

Grill: A communal gas grill, supplied by the HOA, is available for guest use.

Bike storage: A shared bike storage room is located on the ground level of the building. Bring your own cable lock if you'd like to use it.

Kitchen stock: All kitchens come fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Most units also have basic pantry items like salt and pepper, but availability isn't guaranteed.



Parking



Two parking spaces are available: one open space and one garage space.

Trailers are not permitted due to limited space in the complex.

The garage fits most vehicles but cannot accommodate rooftop boxes. Garage clearance is 82 inches.

4WD or AWD is recommended in winter to access the parking lot.



Skiing & Transportation



In winter, the condo is on the bus route, with pickup at the base of the parking lot every hour.

Ski-in/ski-out access is available from the north end of the upper parking lot to the West Wall Lift (blue terrain). Early-season conditions may limit this access.



Guest Policy



Renters must be 25 or older to book.

Children are always welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

All children and infants are included in the total headcount for occupancy.



Pets

This is a pet-friendly property. One dog is welcome per stay; a separate pet fee applies at booking.

Guest Access:

Check in instructions will be sent to you 3 days prior to arrival at 4 pm MST.



The Neighborhood:

The Paradise condos are located on Hunter Hill Rd. The shuttle stops one an hour at the end of the driveway and can take you to the base area. 4WD or AWD is recommended for getting to your condo. Only 2 cars per condo are allowed. To access the lifts you can walk/ski behind the San Moritz condos that are just North of Paradise and than hit the slopes just above the Westwall Lift.



Getting Around:

It will be easiest if you have a car to get around. You are about 4.5 miles to the Town of Crested Butte and about 3/4 of a mile to the base area of the mountain.



Other Things to Note:

Parking

Parking spaces are very limited, so it's important that all guests and owners follow the parking rules below.



Parking tags: All vehicles must display a parking tag, issued at check-in, hung from the rearview mirror. (Owners are provided a permanent tag for each of their vehicles kept on-site.)

Assigned parking: Guests and owners in the Aspen and Cottonwood buildings must park only in their assigned garage or in the lower lot adjoining the Aspen building. For this unit specifically, you'll park in the assigned garage, with a second vehicle able to park directly behind the garage door.

Garage dimensions: Height 82", width 105".

Snow caution: Please look up and watch for snow that may slide off the roof near the garage.

Restricted areas: Observe all posted signs for restricted or prohibited parking areas.

Towing: Any vehicle without a visible parking tag, or parked in a restricted/prohibited area, will be towed at the owner's expense.
