"The photo advertising Hotel Ulivi could have been taken from our room. We had a lovely view across the grounds, pool, and on to the lake and mountains. We liked the hotel’s location. It was easy to walk along the lake, walk to restaurants, and to Sarnico, an adjacent town, as well as access the road networks to travel around the area. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had pleasant interactions with hotel staff. There is underground parking if traveling by car, with direct access to the hotel. It was still too chilly to access the pool, but it looked inviting."

"The hotel was in a stunning position, beautifully presented with pleasant, very helpful staff. The breakfast was very well presented and plentiful. The hotel is 5 minutes to a small ferry to take you to Monte Isola. We will return. "

"The hotel is fine for what it is but as they have a large construction site out the back and work starts at around 7am, they should warn guests. I was suprised they gave us 2 rooms at the back of the hotel overlooking the construction site when they could have given us front facing rooms. Breakfast was good. "
