"Everything was spectacular! Great place to stay and the owners are very accommodating. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast was beyond! One of the owners is a chef and most definitely knows what she is doing. We felt like family while we were there. The property is beautiful and feels like home. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the island! "

"This is a great place to relax and vibe far away from the hustle and bustle of Isla Mujeres. I loved to decor, the nature, staff and the yoga deck was such a great surprise! "

"We only stayed at the Mansion Giahn for one night, but Joseph and his staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The place itself is very unique in the architecture and I thought it was very pretty. It is located somewhat off the beaten path, so there aren't many food options around. However, Eduardo took my husband to a local taco stand to get us dinner, which was very gracious of him. It's not the Ritz, but it's not meant to be either. Still had a good stay!"

"Friendly people! I like that the localtion is not in a hotel zone but rather in a nice neighborhood with eating options. One negative was that the WIFI signal did not really reach our room upstairs. Also be advised, no coffee on premise. - we found a nice cafe nearby though! "

"It’s a great place to stay. Great food, clean and safe. The only downfall to this amazing trip, is that you cannot enjoy the beach at all. The beach is full of seaweed. So if you are planning on enjoying the beach. Make other plans. It’s not doable. "

"From the moment we arrived at the front door, our experience at Majestic Elegance Cancun was nothing short of exceptional. The warm welcome from the reception team set the tone for an unforgettable stay. A special thank you to Benjamin, Rubi, Xiomara, and Misael—as well as many other wonderful staff members—who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Our room was impeccably clean throughout the stay, and the mini bar was consistently stocked, which we really appreciated. The staff was incredibly attentive, always checking in and ensuring we had everything we needed. The buffet offered a good variety and quality, typical of resort-style dining. But what truly stood out were the specialty restaurants—we dined at the steakhouse and the seafood restaurant, and both were absolutely fantastic. The flavors, presentation, and service exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Majestic Elegance Cancun to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-serviced, and beautiful getaway. We are already looking forward to our next visit—we’ll definitely be back soon!"
