The pools.. there is substantially no lounge chairs by the pools, and the number of chairs available on the beach is not nearly enough for the number of guests. I’ve never been to a Cancún resort where the pool was really unusable for sunning. Thus was the first one.
The food.. it wasn’t very good. Maybe nothing was seasoned very well? And the restaurants were very difficult to reserve.
