Perfect vacation get away home nestled conveniently in Costa Mesa. A 5 minute drive to Newport beach, walkable to Triangle Square, Trader Joe's, CVS and more. It is only a 20-30 minute drive to Disneyland, Angel Stadium and Knotts Berry Farm. This sophisticated, newly renovated home is the perfect escape with both indoor and outdoor living. Enjoy the soothing salt water pool, ( if you want it heated there is a 35$ a day fee ) . The jacuzzi is always heated with no heat fee. The house sits on a corner lot with only one neighbor, very quiet with a constant ocean breeze. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath is ideal for you and your family to relax and enjoy a home away from home.

We rented the home for a four-man golf trip. The accommodations were nice and comfortable for our group. We used the fold out mattress/pad to sleep one in the living room. The hot tub and firepit were awesome after a day of golf. The back patio area is very inviting and relaxing.

We stayed here with our daughter's family to visit Disneyland. The house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, etc. The backyard space with pool, hot tub, plenty of privacy and spacious outdoor dining area was the highlight of our stay, especially for our grandson who loved the pool. Our host Jan, reached out to us immediately to make sure everything was good and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again.

Awesome property! House is clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet. The property is well-maintained, and everything is in good working order, including the washer and dryer. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and small appliances you will need.We enjoyed relaxing in the peaceful backyard patio/pool area in the evenings - it's just as beautiful as the photos show.Having a garage was important as finding street parking is pretty difficult. The garage accommodates small to medium vehicles only.If you are a beach-goer, the provided beach gear (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards) is very convenient, and the beach is just a 10 minute drive.Check-in was very easy and communication with the host is almost instantaneous. I had a couple of questions and received a reply within minutes each time.This property is definitely a jewel, and we are looking forward to booking again!

The property was very clean, comfortable and incredibly well-stocked (beach gear, cooking essentials, linens, and even a first aid kit). I forgot to request pool heating and the owner responded immediately to my request-she quickly to turn on the heater so we could enjoy the pool our first evening.

Phenomenal vacation house experience

This house was absolutely perfect for my family. We swam in the beautiful, warm saltwater pool for hours. The hot tub was right by the pool and also super enjoyable. The house was well-appointed, inside and out, and also had comfortable furniture. I have encountered vacation rentals that seem to be more concerned with online photos rather than comfort; this house was comfortable inside and out. Nice beds and bedding, towels, even beach toys were available. We would love to stay here again. Many wonderful restaurants were walkable nearby; we enjoyed In-N-Out, Hanuman Thai and El Matador. It was also a super-quick ride to the beach. It really was our best vacation house experience. Thank you so much to our host!
