Take the elevator to the top floor, where the heart of the home awaits—a bright, open-concept kitchen and living space complete with a charming fireplace and coastal decor. Step out onto the expansive balcony to soak in stunning Gulf views or gather inside for a delicious homemade meal.

A special feature is a private fire lounge enclosed on the first-floor with lawn games. Enjoy evenings with a the ambient lighting of a cozy fire in a privately enclosed breezeway.

At ‘South,’ enjoy resort-style pools that include the Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; and intimate Neighborly Square Pool. Parks offer green space: Tailwind Park, South Shore Park, and others; a boardwalk around South Town Lake & Leisure Lake; a community pier and fishing pavilions, and a playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

Neptune's Retreat is a non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering Neptune's Retreat the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. An automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 will be added to the reservation, as well as any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
