Newly remodeled first floor studio on North Padre Island only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. This cozy unit features a king size bed and pull out sofa for sleeping accommodations of up to 4 guests. Within the unit you will also find kitchen, bath, dining and living spaces. There are many shared condominium amenities to include pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, laundromat, bbq and more.

There is a $50 fee if the key fob is misplaced or stolen. Check out times are strictly enforced and will incur an additional nights stay at $250.
Adhere to all posted condo rules. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere in the unit, including the patio. A fee of $150 will be incurred.

The property had everything you would need for a beach trip, and was in a great location! The host was very helpful and responsive. The only negative was the mattress, which was the least comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. It felt like every spring in the mattress was broken. If the mattress was replaced, we would be happy to stay there again.

Great cozy, pet friendly, and clean condo location. The location had many nice amenities. The sauna and gym were an awesome bonus. Lots of pet clean up locations. Very easy walk to the beach. The only issues we had was out of the hosts control with slow water pressure at the kitchen sink, bathroom and shower were just fine though. The area had many grass stickers which you have watch where your pets walks. I work remotely and was very happy with internet speeds during my stay with my partner and fur babies. It’s a great getaway location and I would come again

Nice location, condos are a bit dated but floor and countertops are nice. However the bed needs updating and more blackout curtains please! Great pool and gym! Owner was responsive when i asked about the wifi and to report the loss of water pressure( plumbing repair?)

Quick trip

The property looked exactly like the listing. We tried to call the owner to let her know that there were cockroaches ( it is Corpus, we know there are bugs). Just wanted to give her a heads up. The microwave did not work, because it was not hooked up, no plug, not hardwired. There were not enough towels and washcloths for the three of us for three days. The pull out sofa was messed up and we could not use. Someone was parked in our assigned space and we couldn't get a hold of anyone. The office was no help. The King bed and bedding was very comfortable, the space was quite nice. Just a few minor issues.

So peaceful and serene. Just lovely.

North Padre Island really needs to be on everyone’s bucket list. And, this is the perfect studio condo to stay at during your visit. So beautiful. Everything was just perfect! What an awesome host too!
