Condo close to the beach!

Our condo was very clean and gave us great access to the beach. Our reserved parking was right outside our door, which made unpacking and packing up so much easier. The onsite pool was also very nice and big enough that families with smaller kids could be at one end, while adults & teens could enjoy the other end. The master bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of space. The kitchen had all of the pots, pans, toasters, utensils, etc that we needed to cook in the condo. Our only complaint is that the pull out bed in the sofa can't be slept on. Even with layers of blankets, you could feel the springs poking through. We had to go buy an air mattress to use instead.

Week end getaway

Overall good. Sofa sleeper had dirty sheets and very uncomfortable. But the room was nice, unable to use hot tub on saturday due to large party using. Location was great. Will use again

TERRIBLE

The tub wouldn't drain and the shower wounldn't turn off. The lights were non existent. There was an upstairs neighbor that was running around and moving furniture all night. This is a motel 6 at Omni prices... Not even including beach closures...

Location for the beach was great! Also great space for 2people but not sure about anymore. Looks just like the pics! Couple of things... a cookie sheet/pan would’ve been nice, other than that, really liked the kitchen! And another might need to check up in housekeeping. For most part was keep looking but when I was having trouble working the tv, checking connections, hard not to notice all the dust build up on the equipment & also the a/c vent had some spider web/dust hanging from it. Also swept up after coming back from the beach, swept someone pill from under cabinet rim. Glad I didn’t have or anyone else’s child found it. When checking under bed for anything that might gotten kicked under it, there was a lot of dust bunnies there too. Loved having a washer/dryer to use in condo!! I like not having to come back home & not have to do laundry! Again great location!!! About 30 min to TX ST Aquarium & USS Lexington & Port Aransas! Also suggest Woody’s Sport Dock for Sunset/Dolphin Watch Tour!! Yes I would stay here again!!!!

Great stay overall

The stay was great for a last minute family getaway. It’s close to the beach and quiet area. The condo had everything we needed for a small family. We even got to check in 2 hrs early. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable, the mattress was just thin, the sofa alone was more comfortable. We’d recommend it!

Vacation rental

The place is clean, doesn't seem lived in, a true vacation rental. It isn't beachfront property, would be a long walk with beach chairs and a cooler, take your car or cart, it's a decent beach, less crowd a few miles from the 'resorts'. Although most everything we needed was available, there was no coffee or salt/pepper or beach towels available., which we usually have had using VRBO. If staying more than a couple days, be prepared to wash your towels, you get one each person.

Late summer Vaca

This years trip was booked last minute and I wasn't sure what to expect. When we arrived it was a first floor room that was great for the kidos so I didn't have to worry about them keeping anyone up below us. The room was very nice and clean with an assigned parking spot which was awesome it keeps things in check. The property is between the beach and a Stripes about 200 yards in either direction, Stripes serves limited meals but good for the price when your on the go. The best part was the check in and Info for the rental they made it so easy with the VRBO and Hospitality apps . I liked this place and will book again next year. Also there is a Dollar General down the road which was very equipped to handle your daily or weekly needs. A+ to the Island and Beach Club.
