Beach home in CS South with access to 20+ resort like amenities

Welcome to The Oyster Cottage, a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home in Cinnamon Shore South with an oyster-shell fireplace wall, wraparound porches, and pool views from nearly every balcony. The beach is about 1,000 to 1,500 feet from the front door, and the home sleeps 10 guests across two king suites, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with 2 bunk beds.

Amenities: At 'South,' resort-style pools include adults-only Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; intimate Neighborly Square Pool, Glow Pool & Fitness Center and Seaglass Pool & Fitness Center. Convenient Coastline Grill within the Family Pool offers casual poolside drinks and a family-friendly menu. Parks beckon with green space and playscapes, while multiple lakes are dotted with piers and fishing pavilions. Visit the new Seascape Sport Courts for pickleball and basketball. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: more pools, lakes, yard games, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

Main Living Space: The first floor welcomes you through a foyer that opens straight into an open living and dining area, anchored by a fireplace framed in oyster shells, a nod to the home's name. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a stove with a single oven, a dishwasher, a built-in ice maker, a microwave, a toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker, so breakfast and late-night snacks never require a grocery run. A half bath on this floor keeps wet swimsuits from traveling far.

Sleeping Quarters: All four bedrooms sit on the second floor, each with its own private bath. The Primary King Suite holds a king bed and opens onto its own private balcony. A second king bedroom and the queen bedroom next door share a connecting balcony, giving two couples or two sets of parents each their own quiet corner. The bunk room is outfitted with 2 bunk beds and its own balcony overlooking the pool, giving the kids a hangout that still feels like their own. A laundry closet with a washer and dryer rounds out this floor.

Great Features: A wraparound porch on the first floor and a balcony off every upstairs bedroom keep you connected to the pool view below, even though Oyster Cottage itself does not have a private pool of its own. A gas grill on the deck and an exterior shower make beach days and backyard cookouts easy to manage. Central air and heat, smart TVs with WiFi throughout, and a closet stocked with linens and an iron and board round out the day-to-day comforts, while outdoor lighting, smoke detectors, and a fire extinguisher keep safety handled. Garage access and a driveway near the back entryway make unloading beach gear simple, and the beach itself is about 1,000 to 1,500 feet from the front door.

Non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering, the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. An automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 will be added to the reservation, as well as any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Getting Around — North & South:
Cinnamon Shore South and Cinnamon Shore North are located approximately 1.5 miles apart. Guests staying at one community will need to drive to access the other's amenities.
