Good Stay... Good Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Some of the furniture is a little dated. Some areas could use remodeling (bathtub has some stains... etc.. ). But located in a great location. Pool was nice. Ease of access was accommodating. We would recommend!

The property was pretty clean. The floor could have been better but the property is a block from the beach so it’s to be expected. The washing machine did have lots of mildew from not leaving the door open. I was almost hesitant to use it. The tub and sink had stains in it. It wasn’t dirt as I tried to clean it. The residents were very nice when we decided to visit the pool rather than the beach. The beach had a lot of seaweed and the resident said that was uncommon. I didn’t ask if it was normal other times of the year. First beach we had been to that you could drive on it (with a pass for about 15 I think). Probably walk about 1.5-2 blocks to hit the sand. There is a restaurant called The Sandbar right across the street and on the beach. We didn’t make it there, but we could hear the music every night when we returned. We didn’t make it to the other place a few blocks away either. Wished we went since all of us enjoy live music. Otherwise not much else within a few blocks. So you will need to drive or be prepared to walk several blocks for only a couple more options. The teenager girls liked the swing chair in the living room. The room was ready about 3:45p. Easy to get in. We had no issues so no reason to get ahold of the host. Overall a great price for a great place.

Hurricane won

Very nice and clean. Property was very pretty. Did not like climbing the stairs, very difficult. We had to leave early because of the approching hurricane and the rain would cause flooding.First few days were nice and relaxing.

Clean, safe, comfortable and enough space were high on our must haves and this was exactly that. Condo included comfortable living room seating for our family, comfortable dining table we played games at, clean kitchen full of necessities to cook and clean up after. Add to all those amenities and this condo had a nice view of the gulf water from the living room and dining room. We will definitely be making this one a favorite for our future stays.

I took quite a few sunrise pictures without leaving the condo. The courtyard was awesome and kept very clean everyday. The winter Texans and residents were very nice and welcomed me into their little community. I can't wait to get back there next winter.

Most of the property was clean, but a few areas needed attention. The check-in / check-out process was easy. The website was useful for finding restaurants and attractions around the property. 1) The coffee maker should have a filter. You should not expect tenants to know what type of filter they are required to bring with them.2) The dishware tray does not have wheels in the front, making it very hard to push the tray back in when it is full of dishes.3) All but two pots and pans are usable. 4) heavy mold around the washer needs to be cleaned.
