Do not stay here!
Property was located in an area where surrounding properties were overgrown, abandoned, and/or appeared uninhabitable. Police were called to this property on the second night after 3 attempts were made to steal our truck. Police waited while we packed and vacated property at their recommendation, stating that the area was known for crime and they frequently respond to calls for auto theft. The responding police officers provided us with incident report number, his name, and his badge number. We contacted VRBO & property manager at this time and several times afterward. Property manager refused to refund any of our money based on their cancellation policy. He also stated that he reviewed camera footage and did not see any police activity. We provided the official police information that was provided to us, and he stated that he was not responsible for crime in the area & would not refund the money for the un-used nights of our stay. We did not request a refund for the first night, only the second and third. House was clean & check-in process was easy. Yard needed to be mowed & poison ivy was growing over back of the house. We do NOT recommend renting this property.

Location location location
This home was a walk to Cole Park and easy access to ocean side. Abandoned and run down homes next door. For a house that sleeps 8, five plates seemed a bit under suppled. Fen ed yard was a plua for the pooch.

Great home
We needed a place to stay in Corpus for a couple of days with our 2 dogs, and this home was perfect for us! The neighborhood was nice to walk the dogs and the neighbors are friendly. The home is really nice and comfortable! And the location is so convenient to everything we needed!

Great Place
Great house that made our stay in Corpus that much better. The place was clean and very well decorated. Very close to everything in the downtown area which was great.

Good stay
It was a nice place to stay, but had some "odd" things about it. The lamp and clock in one bedroom were on a night stand, but not plugged in, because there was not a wall outlet. Therefore, not functional. The soap dispenser in the master bathroom required you to stand up (while in the bathtub) to reach it. The best part? The beds were super comfortable.

It was clean and what we needed for the week. Neighborhood didn't look so great but there were no problems. Beds were very comfortable. the advertised free pancakes and coffee was as stretch. 2 cup coffee maker and about a cup of old bisquick in the cabinet.
