"I was not particularly happy. Upon going to the fourth floor where my room was located, I smelled smoke and weed in the hallway.The room appeared clean, but had a strong bleach smell. Luckily, I was able to crack the window and get fresh air into the room. The dark brown carpet in the sleeping area made the bottom of my feet dirty (yuck!) The breakfast was not impressive as it was all processed foods except for the oranges. The coffee came out of a machine, not a brewed pot. Honestly, you get what you pay for and I was looking to spend a little less so this was on me. I will probably not be staying there again."

"Stayed here about 4 times over the past 9 months. Always clean and comfortable. For simplicity that is the cheapest but still very comfy and clean I'll come back again soon. They offer a free continental breakfast, but I have yet to check it out. I stay because they are almost half the cost of Holiday Inn and for me just as comfy. "

"This was an amazing hotel in Rockford that I would highly suggest anybody stay at. Everything was amazing. Very updated Look in the old warehouse. Look turned into a hotel was really neat. Beautiful shower, soft comfortable bed and a top notch breakfast. Would 100% stay again. "

"Hotel was beautiful with a very soft bed. Lots of extra pillows a nice, clean bathroom. The staff were super friendly. Everything was amazing except I will say the only downfall is that it’s right next to an abandoned shopping center, which is not their fault of course. Also, the breakfast would’ve been good except the eggs were smelly and watery which made me afraid to eat them. Other than the eggs, the rest was delicious and it had a beautiful view of the river."

"The air conditioning did not work!! They would only give you towels twice a week!! They never did come in and clean the room!! I had to take my dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones!! The manager was horrible and totally disrespectful!! Don’t go to this place!! They have a lot of people that live here all of the time!!"

"Happened to be there that they were having wedding party and the hot tub/pool were full of people... lucky for us that we were sooo tired and got good sleep then took off for home next day!"

"This place was super super awesome! I didn't realize that there were only 3 bedrooms, but there was definitely space for a lot of people to sleep *if you're okay with sharing beds*. 3 bedrooms, two full sized beds in the basement with pull out beds beneath. I feel like there may have even been two other pull out couches? But our group didn't need them so we didn't bother looking for them. For a close group of friends/family, totally perfect! The vibes were immaculate. We had everything we needed. Would definitely return!"

"When booking this room I had specifically asked if there was a hot tub and they had said yes but there is not one. Also had asked if they do rides to the casino also said yes but they don’t. Waited in line for a long time on checking into hotel, need more then one person during “peak hours” otherwise it was good. "
