「Clean room and lovely staff」

「Breakfast buffet was delicious. Chef made homemade Filipino breakfast. Staff were very attentive from receptionist to drivers. Csmn goes above and beyond in the house restaurant. Erika gave an amazing Hilot massage. Maintenance staff responded right away when there were technical problems with the AC and safe box. Love the happy hour at the pier with spectacular view of the bay. There was construction in many areas of the resort hence I took off one star for cleanliness of the property. 」

「買い物、食事場所には、10分ほどかかりますが、私は、好きなホテルです。次にコロンに行くようなことがあれば、コロンウエスタウンほてるにします、」

「スタッフ対応は良かったと思います。 料理も70点くらい。ガーリックライズに生きたアリがいたのはいかがな物かと思いますが。。。 ネット回線は最悪です。共用Wi-Fiが繋がらない。LTEは皆無です。部屋はリゾート価格に見合った感じでした。 写真ほど綺麗ではないので、神経質方はそれなりの覚悟でお泊り下さい。」

「We had a very good stay here. The staffs are attentive and very helpful. My only issue is the stairs are too high so its an issue with persons with disability or seniors.」
