Absolutely loved!

Myself and 13 other family members had the best week at this place. There was plenty of space, it was clean, and the backyard/pool had to be one of the best around! We are already looking forward to booking this house again for our next trip to OBX.

Our extended family of 13 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nirvana! The home was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a fantastic beach vacation! The pool and hot tub were a big hit as well as the convenient access to the beach. If we return to the area in the future I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

We've been going to OBX for a few years now and this has been the best home thus far. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials you would need for a vacation. The home is child-friendly and the pool was great. Highly recommend Nirvana for your next family vacation home.

Beautiful home

This beach house was perfect for our vacation in Corolla. It was very clean and had everything you needed and more. There were many games and activities to keep the kids entertained. The pool and hot tub were amazing!! Short walk to the beach and great view of the ocean from the deck. We would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect OBX House for Us!

It was our 4th year in Nirvana so it felt like a homecoming! Each time we return it is a delight to see that the owners have refreshed an area or improved some furnishings. The house is super clean, well-stocked, beautifully furnished, and well-located just 4 lots from the beach access. As always, it is the over-sized pool that was a hit with the grandchildren. Morning coffee on the deck watching the ocean is a highlight for the adults. Biking to Corolla Village, the Corolla Light Town Center or the Beer Garden is an easy 10 minute ride. We prepare most meals in, and the supply of cookware and tableware is ample. This house checks all the boxes for our group of 9. Thanks for another great week!

Perfect Family Getaway!

We loved everything about this vacation home! Our group included 8 adults and 3 children under the age of 4, and the house provided plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The private pool was a big hit, and the short walk to the beach made daily trips easy and enjoyable. We also loved the surrounding area—renting a golf cart added to the fun! We used it for quick rides to the park, ice cream shop, and even the grocery store. This home had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was wonderful and close to beach access. Had everything we needed! Highly recommend. Recommend coming in early on Saturday, traffic was terrible coming in! We left very early on the following Saturday with no problem!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great time staying here, paying for the pool to be heated was the best decision we made. The 6 little girls had so much fun! The short walk to the beach was my favorite part.

Excellent

Nirvana is a wonderful vacation home! We all loved the layout of this house and could tell that it is well taken care of. The views are spectacular and the walk to the beach is so quick and easy. The pool area is the best we have ever had in our 25+ years of coming to the Corolla area. This is the first time that we have used Shoreline Preferred and they are great. Their communication is the best we have experienced with any realty company! We will use them again for our vacation needs.

The house was clean when we arrived. I wish they had better pillows as they were not very good. The hot tub and pool seemed like it had not been cleaned in a long time. I also thought the extra beach chairs, umbrellas was nice in the store room, someone needs to clean that area out though as it was a mess. Overall our visit was pleasant.

The house is lovely, with lots of modern touches. The pool area is beautiful. However, the pool doesn't have a handrail of any sort so it's challenging for young children and some of our older family members to get in and out of the pool with nothing to hold on to. The door in the downstairs bunk room also didn't close all the way, but otherwise the house is perfect. The basement area is such a great set up.

OBX Vacation at Nirvana

The house location and amenities were excellent. The view from the upper deck is great. The Shoreline OBX service was excellent; they responded very quickly to our few maintenance requests through the week. The one challenge that was not overcome...some of the bedroom TVs were confusing to operate and were not used much because of this.

The house was clean and kitchen had everything needed. The short walk to the beach was a plus. The game room was nice except all the pool sticks were in need of repair. We put new tips on 2 of them but the short pool stick was broken in half prior to us arriving and should be replaced. All in all we were happy with the rental property!

Great location and layout - needs some maintenance

Great location layout and overall cleanliness was very good. Access to the beach was very easy. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. However, the house needs some maintenance. There were two broken windows, loose wooden planks on the deck, and the internet was not functioning at check-in. The internet was fixed the following day after a visit from the internet company, but was an inconvenience.
