Neighborhood was fine, 10 minute walk to beach. Assuming house hadnt been rented in a while. All ceilings, windows, etc were covered in large webs. Furniture was stained enough that we used sheets on the couch to sit on. Carpet had a few cigarette burns and stains. Coffee maker had an incredible amount of mold in it, so it hadnt been cleaned in a while. Pool bottom hadnt been cleaned. Bathroom on bottom floor had what appeared to be black mold.
Went and notified the property manager and sent photos via email to them. No further response, which was unfortunate.
Had to call the 877 number to ask about check out instructions. Apparently they were supposed to be in a welcome pack that was never provided.
Owner should strongly consider new furniture/carpet. And realty company should ensure their cleaning folks are actually doing what they should do.
