Great House and Location

Everyone enjoyed their stay at this house. Kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room. Short walk to the beach and short drive to dining and shopping. Great place to spend our annual vaca to OBX.

Great experience!

We rented this house for a family beach week and fit 16 people comfortably, and we were all very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and responsiveness of the property manager when I had questions upon arrival!

Everything was as great as listed. From time we checked in to check out.....they offered great beach equipment...yard is perfect for family fun Only recommondation for the house would be to swap the kids room to the main floor with the other 2 bedrooms

Best Vacation Ever

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no complaints to verbalize. It was listed as oceanfront though, so I was surprised that we had to walk a few blocks to the beach. Other than that everything was perfect for our annual family vacation.

First Timers

This was our first time in OBX and the house was great. Conveniently located close to shops & restaurants, short walk to the beach, and only a few minutes to the drive on beach. House had all the amenities we needed. Only suggestion I can make is to maybe have the pool vacuumed/clean more frequently, lots of sand in it.

The house was the perfect size for our nine. We loved the layout and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen table was the perfect size for dinners and game nights. The breakfast nook was the perfect setup for playing canasta. Location was great for driving on the beach and stocking up at the grocery store. Would highly recommend!

Great stay

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is the lack of materials provided by the leasing company - no toliet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, etc. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had all the tools we needed. Walk to the beach is easy with the boardwalk path, takes less than 10 minutes. Really enjoyed our vacation and felt very comfortable in this home.

The house is georgeous! We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was clean, beds were comfortable. The only complaint we had was the TV service. It was The Hopper on Dish which would just turn off on its own or the screen would freeze. Other than that everything was excellent and hope to return next year.

The master bedroom upstairs was terrible. Very small, no night stands, tiny tv. The bathroom was a joke! Very small! Had to share with everybody in the kitchen. Wasn't private. No walk in shower. Tiny vanity. Could barely turn around. No fenced in yard for pets. We were very disappointed! We won't be back!

Great laid back vacation

Living, dining and kitchen area on top floor, washer dryer on bottom floor, tons of stairs. Other than the dryer taking 3 cycles to dry, it was a nice first beach experience. Definitely looking for someplace else for next year though. Nice pool and everything was clean. Nice bedrooms with bathrooms in each. It just didn’t fit our family. Easy walk to beach and shopping.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the house. It was nicely decorated and very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware, utensils, etc. We did not care for the glass-top range or the fact that the gas ran out on our very first use of the grill, but other than that we were very happy with our accommodations. Great book selection, games, cards,etc.

Nice Place!

Our extended family likes to gather all in one big house. Many rentals miss some important things like having enough plates and silverware. None have ever gotten seating right for meals. This house had all of that! We were all able to sit together for Thanksgiving! There were other thoughtful amenities like beach toys, chairs, etc. Everything was in good working order. There was enough parking for all of our cars.

Big place for lots of people

The house was large and was good for a big group of people but nothing fancy. A few things about the listing. The 3rd floor "suite" is not a suite. It's a bedroom with a door to the only common bathroom in the entire house. The hot tub is shown as being on the 3rd floor deck right outside the door. It's not. It's on the far side of the pool as far away from the house as possible. Hot Tub lost temp while we were there and maintenance did not come until after we checked out. Overall not bad but not as listed either.

Shore To Please

Our family had a wonderful time! Instructions for check in/out were very clear and went smoothly, and the property was very well equipped. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because we had an issue with the pool; the filter was not working, which means we spent way too much time having to constantly clean it, without much luck. We were told that the previous renters damaged the filter, which seems to indicate they were aware of the issue, yet did not resolve it prior to our arrival. Although the property management were very responsive, the pool company seemed limited on what they could do at the time and as a result, the pool was not clean during our stay. In addition, although the floor plans indicate so, there is no hot tub on the third level deck outside the bedroom, only one in the pool area. That being said, you shouldn't deter this from renting this awesome property, just make sure this issue has been resolved.
