Each of the eight bedrooms features a private bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for the entire group. This property ensures ultimate family enjoyment with dedicated entertainment spaces, including a game room with a pool table and shuffleboard, alongside a sophisticated theater room. Outside, relaxation is key with a private pool, hot tub, and a fire pit, complemented by spectacular sunset views enjoyed over the neighboring Audubon Sanctuary. For guest convenience, the home features an elevator, a dedicated office area, and luxurious service with premium bed linens provided and beds made upon arrival. This pet-friendly residence truly offers a combination of style, convenience, and natural beauty.

A beautiful home in the perfect location.

We traveled with 17 people ages ranging from 11 to 50 and this house was absolutely perfect for our stay. The house was in pristine condition, comfortable and had everything we needed and more - game room, pool, hot tub, theater room, surround sound, comfortable beds, clean and beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and amazing views. They thought of everything. Liz was helpful and quick to reply with every question I asked and Atlantic Realty was amazing in helping me check in and finding excursions that fit my group. I hope to vacation here again.
