BOOKING INFORMATION & RATES
We believe in full transparency — no hidden fees and no surprises. Your quoted rate includes access to all standard amenities including the heated private pool, hot tub, game room, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
Minimum Stay: 7 nights during peak season. Sunday-to-Sunday reservations are preferred between June 14 and August 16. Shorter stays of 3 nights are available during low and shoulder season (March through mid-May and September through December).
Guest Capacity: Up to 30 overnight guests. Our base rate covers up to 16 guests, with an additional guest fee of $35 per person per night (plus tax) for larger groups. For events, daytime guest counts of 40–60+ are possible.
Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Linen & Towels: Included at no charge for stays of 7+ nights. A $750 linen fee applies for shorter stays.
Beach Chairs: 5 beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment during your stay.
Pool Season: Open April 26 through October 10. Pool heating is included during peak summer months (July/August). Off-season pool heating is available for $750 per week.
Convenience Packages: Every booking includes a complimentary Standard Convenience Package. An Enhanced Comfort Package ($999) is available for a fully stocked, worry-free arrival.
Pet-Friendly: The Fitzgerald welcomes up to 3 dogs ($250 per dog per stay). All pets must be well-behaved and housebroken.
Smoking Policy: No smoking indoors. A $750 fine applies for smoking inside the property. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Payment Terms: Secure your reservation with just 25% down — no finance charges. Remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
