Welcome to the house where all of your dreams of a breezy and carefree vacation will come true! This beautiful, new construction home is just across the street from the beach and offers impeccable views of the Currituck Sound. Some of the great attractions you can find within four miles of the home include the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Whalehead Club, Historic Corolla Park, Currituck Banks Reserve, and Wild Horse Adventure Tours. Outdoor living is key here! You will find an enclosed backyard with your very own sparkling pool, a poolside propane grill for warm-weather barbecues, and a convenient enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. Multiple decks adorn this home as well, providing endless spots to unwind and relax with your loved ones and even enjoy alfresco meals if the weather is indulgent. Inside this air-conditioned abode, a cozy and homey living room awaits. It\'s been furnished with comfortable sofas throughout, a large smart TV with streaming services, and a gas fireplace to keep you nice and warm during winter days. The chef of the group will have a blast preparing delicious treats for everyone in the fully-equipped kitchen. It\'s complete with all the essentials, including a dishwasher for easy clean ups.
