「We reached the property around 9:45 00 PM for check-in. During the entire check-in process, the staff member was continuously talking on the phone with someone else, which felt unprofessional and inattentive. 「Parking was easy. Staff was also good. But the hotel amenities were not at all like the ones explained and shown in the hotel’s explanation. The airconditioner wasn’t working at all. When we complained, The bed was in awful condition. The staff was working and polite but they had to obey their management. The room did not have a single water bottle. We had an enfant with us. 「The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. It did take a little while for the hot water to come through for the shower, but once it did, it was very hot. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Easy check in with everything we needed . Property has a friendly look and there was lights to show us the way to the parking which made for a nice welcoming after a long road/music concert.」
