"The hotel was nice but I had an issue checking in. I paid in full on hotels.com. Receipt in hand with digital copy as well. I had an email saying I was PIF, I had my credit card statement on my phone, I had hotels.com reservation pulled up. The hotel staff kept me standing there for half an hour while they figured it out. Not sure if it was the fault of the hotel or hotels.com but someone messed up. I knew I had to provide a credit card at check in but I was not letting them charge me again. "

"Parking is easy and kitchen has what is needed to eat a quick meal. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Their is no streaming on the TV's which I would have preferred but they do have a good selection of channels to watch. The AC is obviously locked somehow after about 9pm until around 10am as the temperature in the room goes up even though it is set very low. So 70 degrees during the day feels cold and at night it feels warm and stuffy. Otherwise friendly staff and nice place to stay!! I would recommend it!"

"This is my go to place to stay. This stay was disappointing. Door had to be slammed for it to close, drapes were torn, carpet had red stains, tub wouldn’t drain. Pillows were in sad shape. Room needs some attention. Stayed here a week ago and there were people with a U-Haul under the covered area all day doing some kind of business. This stay they were there again. Bed sheets were clean, toilet was clean, bath was clean. "
